Joshua Pollard has a diverse work experience, starting as an intern at Goldman Sachs and then becoming a Vice President and Senior Research Analyst. In 2013, they joined Pine River Capital Management as a Senior Research Analyst. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of Omicelo, a mission-driven private equity firm focused on investments in real estate, healthcare, and sustainability.

Joshua Pollard attended the University of Rochester from 2001 to 2005. Joshua did not obtain a specific degree or study a particular field during their time there. However, in May 2005, Joshua received a Management Studies Certificate of Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
