Mon Hayden

Mon Hayden is an experienced professional in people operations and educational program management with a strong focus on enhancing employee experience and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Generalist in People Ops at Omidyar Network since July 2019, Mon's responsibilities have included overseeing payroll, benefits management, onboarding, and employee well-being initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Program Director at uAspire, where Mon established the Bay Area office and managed a growing team, as well as various internships that involved program evaluation and communications support in educational settings. Mon holds a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Bates College.
