Nancy Yen has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world since 1996. Nancy began their career as a Consultant at Monitor Group, where they hired, trained and led consulting teams to execute on high profile and time-sensitive projects. Nancy then moved to Goldman Sachs as an Associate where they planned and executed purchase and sale of companies in the Retail and Transportation Sectors. In 2002, they joined Old Navy as a Merchandiser, managing the Baby Wovens and Accessories departments with combined revenues of $200M. Nancy then moved to Gap in 2006 as Consumer Insights, leading strategy and consumer research for the $1.2B Gap Kids, Baby and Maternity (KBM) division. In 2008, they joined LexisNexis as General Manager of a $65M legal research product line available through online (Lexis.com), eBooks and print. Finally, in 2012, they founded their own company, OmieLife, where they serve as CEO.
Nancy Yen completed their MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. in Economics from Williams College between 1992 and 1996.
