Quinn Agen serves as Vice President of Business Development at Omilia, leading efforts in conversational AI for automated customer care since October 2012. Recognized by Forrester and Gartner for exceptional technology, Omilia enhances customer engagement and reduces contact center costs through its omni-channel virtual assistant. Previous roles include Business Development Director for North America and Business Development Manager for Spain and LATAM at Omilia, as well as positions at Promo Warehouse Co as an Advisor, and at Viva Wallet and Warply focusing on strategic partnerships and business development across Europe. Quinn holds a BS in International Business with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Northeastern University and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
