César Henrique Vortmann

César Henrique Vortmann is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Currently working at Omio since January 2020, César focuses on optimizing the customer's search experience in the Search Platform Team using Java. Prior to this, César served as a Lead Software Engineer at volders GmbH, where responsibilities included designing hiring guidelines based on Extreme Programming values and developing an event-based contract cancellation tool with Elixir and Phoenix on AWS. Roles also included senior software engineering positions at Fyber and volders GmbH, where work involved backend development and maintenance of various applications, as well as significant contributions to internal tools. Earlier experience includes software engineering at door2door, consulting at ThoughtWorks during its expansion in Brazil, and development roles in previous positions. César holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pelotas and a Master's from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
