Gabor Palfi has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and treasury management. Gabor started their career as a Tax Advisor at Arthur Andersen, where they advised multinational clients on tax issues. Gabor then worked at EY, continuing to provide tax advice to multinational clients. Later, they joined Process Solutions as a Senior Accountant and Tax Advisor, where they were responsible for accounting and taxation for small and mid-sized customers. Gabor then worked as the Finance Director at Sika, overseeing accounting and financial processes and supporting a key acquisition. At L'Oréal, they held various roles, including Controller, Legal Consultant, Manager of Outsourced Accounting and Tax, Treasury and Finance Project Manager, and Manager of Accounting and Taxation, where they led the transition of accounting and finance processes. Currently, they are working at Omio as the Head of Operational Accounting and Treasury, responsible for managing treasury processes and functions for the OMIO Group.

Gabor Palfi completed their Master's Degree in Finance, General from Corvinus University of Budapest from 1993 to 1999. In 1996, they received a scholarship to study finance at the State University of New York at Oswego. Gabor also received a scholarship to study Accounting and Finance at the University of Greenwich from 1998 to 1999. Gabor pursued postgraduate studies in Law at Eötvös Loránd University from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they became a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2001 and a Chartered Accountant in 1999. Gabor also obtained a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science from Corvinus University of Budapest in the same period from 1993 to 1999.
