Norman Nielsen has extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and consulting. Norman started their career as a Trainee in Online Marketing at markt.de GmbH & Co. KG in 2006. Norman later worked as a Freelancer in Online Marketing at markt.de (Markt-Gruppe), where they focused on developing social media strategies and executing offpage strategies.
In 2007, Norman joined Immonet GmbH as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. During their time there, they played a crucial role in executing strategic projects and traffic cooperation with other Axel Springer ventures. Norman also prepared business figures and provided support to the board in orga-structure changes and external presentations.
Norman then moved on to Zalando SE in 2012, where they held various leadership positions. As the Global Head of SEO, Content Marketing, & ASO, they built and educated a team of over 70 marketing experts. Norman successfully increased organic traffic in all 15 markets and created an international content marketing strategy. Norman also led partnership integrations with fashion brands and implemented diverse campaigns for native advertisement.
In 2018, Norman joined Brandkraft.de as a Digital Consulting Head. Norman utilized their expertise to provide consulting services to clients and contributed to the overall growth of the company.
Most recently, Norman worked at Omio as the VP Growth, focusing on organic growth, CRM, and ASO. Norman also served as the Director Organic, where they played a crucial role in driving growth and developing strategies.
Throughout their career, Norman Nielsen has demonstrated their expertise in SEO, content marketing, ASO, and overall digital marketing strategies. Norman has a proven track record of driving organic growth and successfully leading international marketing projects.
Norman Nielsen received a Master's degree in Management of Innovations, Marketing, and Wirtschaftsinformatik from Technische Universität Berlin between 2001 and 2007. In 2007, they also earned a Master's degree in International Marketing from Tongji University.
