18th SDS Operations Engineering Lead at Omitron

Christian Ramos serves as the 18th SDS Operations Engineering Lead at Omitron Inc. since January 2018, directing a team of 30 engineers and specialists in developing Space Situational Awareness tools for the 18th Space Defense Squadron. In addition to this role, Christian also functions as the Human Space Flight Technical Advisor, providing critical support for NASA's International Space Station and ensuring safe operations for manned vehicles. With a background that includes working as a Conjunction Assessment Duty Technician in the US Air Force Reserve and serving as an Orbital Safety Analyst at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Christian possesses extensive experience in conjunction analysis and space operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the American Public University System, a Master's in International Science and Technology Policy from George Washington University, and another Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from San Diego State University.
