Winslow Joy has a vast experience in the field of spaceflight communications, engineering management, and technical program management. Winslow has worked with various companies such as Omitron Inc., Peraton, Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, Inc, Universal Space Network, The Corbin Company, US Internetworking, Inc, ACE*COMM, and NASA Space Network. Winslow has managed emergency communications networks, provided subject matter expertise, developed testing programs, and overseen the integration of new systems into existing networks. Winslow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
