Barbara Francz has extensive experience in scientific research within the fields of biotechnology and molecular biology. Currently a Scientist at Omixon since July 2020, Barbara's work includes a focus on laboratory techniques and data analysis. Prior roles as a Scientist at CellSorter involved robotic isolation technology and bioinformatics applications. Barbara contributed to neurotoxicology research as a Junior Researcher at Biotalentum Ltd, and received training in CRISPR-Cas technology during a Short Term Scientific Mission at CNB-CSIC. An Erasmus internship at Technische Universität München allowed Barbara to work on RNA regulatory gene circuits, while earlier experiences included laboratory practice at the University of Debrecen and research internships at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Bionics from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem.
