Konstantin Volkov has extensive work experience in the metallurgical industry. Konstantin started their career in 2005 as the Coal Department Manager at Prominvest SA, where they managed sales and contracts for ferroalloys, steel products, and coal. Konstantin then joined United Metallurgical Company in 2009, initially as the Procurement Director, overseeing sourcing and supply chain management for various investment projects. Later, they became the Export Sales Director, responsible for international sales in the oil and gas industry, participating in successful tenders like Middle Asia-China and South Stream. In 2018, they were promoted to Sales Director, leading the company's sales efforts with a focus on the domestic market and major clients in the energy and construction sectors. Konstantin'sachievements include maintaining a leading position as a supplier of linepipe, OCTG, general purpose pipes, and hollow sections.
Konstantin Volkov began their education in 1996, attending Magnitogorsk State Technical University named after G.I. Nosov (MSTU) where they obtained a Master's Degree in Jurisprudence in 2001. Konstantin then went on to Ural State Law Academy, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil law from 2001 to 2006. In 2003, they also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management at the University of Bristol. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Certificate of Advanced Level in English from IELTS in May 2003 and a National Certificate of Procurement from The State Academy of Professional Training (Moscow, Russia) in April 2002.
