Jonah Kirby has held a variety of engineering, product design, and entrepreneurial roles since 2010. In 2010, they started JD Landscaping and was the owner of the business. In 2013, they worked as a Wrangler/Cowboy at Fishtail Ranch in northern New Mexico. That same year, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for First Year Design and Rapid Prototyping at Southern Methodist University. In 2014, they were a Junior Design Engineer at Reaction, Inc. In 2015, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at MakerBot®, a Student Director of Learn How To and a First Year Design Liaison to the Innovation Gym at SMU, an Engaged Learning Fellow at Engaged, and the CEO of Fiddler. In 2016, they were a Mac Product Design Intern at Apple. Finally, in 2017, they were the Chief Product Officer and Chief Mechanical Engineer at Ommo Technologies, Inc.
Jonah Kirby attended Southern Methodist University from 2012 to 2017 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
