Shailesh Hinge

Shailesh Hinge is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology - Digital Platforms at OmneNEST Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since March 2025. Previously, Shailesh held the position of Vice President at ICICIdirect from September 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included architecture, design, and implementation of large-scale distributed applications while specializing in risk management and order routing. Prior experience spans over 15 years at 3i Infotech Ltd., culminating in the role of Associate Vice President, alongside various project management positions. Shailesh holds an MBA in Information Management from K.J. Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies and Research, a post-graduation diploma in software technology from the National Council for Software Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from RMCET.
