Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Training at Omni Air Transport since May 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Learning and Development at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. from October 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities involved developing and facilitating training programs. Jeremy's academic contributions as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Nazarene University from November 2016 to May 2020 encompassed teaching multiple courses in business and technology. Prior to these positions, Jeremy held various roles at NORDAM, including Sr. Training and Development Representative, Technical Trainer, Human Resources Representative, Quality Engineer, and Quality Inspector. Earlier career experience includes quality and technical roles at Century Geophysical Corporation and Wellman Products Group, as well as service in the US Navy as an Aircraft Structural and Hydraulic Mechanic.
