Rich Gargas

Rich Gargas is currently the CEO at Omni Automation, Inc., but they have a long and varied work history that has led him to their current position. Gargas Project Solutions was Rich's first foray into business, which they started in January of 2018. The company was designed to remove the pain of projects by conquering project uncertainty. However, Rich only ran the company for a year before moving on to Eli Lilly and Company.

At Eli Lilly, Rich served as the Chief of Staff for the CTO. In this role, they were responsible for organizing and coordinating the agenda for the CTO, as well as running staff meetings. Rich was also accountable for Change Management of IT changes impacting the overall Lilly Organization. In addition to these duties, Rich also created proposals for non-IT Executives and applied Design Thinking methodology to better connect technical experts to real business needs.

After six years with Eli Lilly, Rich left to become the CEO at Omni Automation, Inc. Here, they are able to use their experience and expertise to help remove the pain of project management decisions for business owners.

Rich Gargas graduated with a Master of Science in Management from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University.
