Danielle Maranus is currently the Head of Customer & Client Services at Omni Bridgeway. Prior to this role, Danielle founded The Smart Mum e-commerce site for baby & toddler products. Danielle has extensive experience in operational excellence, change management, customer service, and project management from previous positions at Synergy, Cahoots Org, ePM, Water Corporation, and Essent. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Economics.
