Chuck Dickhart, MBA, PMP® has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting from 2004, they worked in the US Army as a Maintenance Manager, Helicopter Platoon Leader, Tactical Ops Center Manager, Assistant Operations Officer, Company Commander, and Human Resources Director. In 2014, they transitioned to the corporate sector and served as a Production Manager at Sealed Air Corporation. From 2015 to 2017, they became the Operations Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, responsible for overseeing operations in the optical thin film coating business unit. Chuck then worked as a Plant General Manager at Novolex from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Chuck joined Harvey Building Products Corporation, where they held roles as Operations Director and later as Vice President Operations. Currently, they are employed at OmniCable as the Vice President of Corporate Operations.

Chuck Dickhart, MBA, PMP®, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which was obtained between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bucknell University between 2000 and 2004.
