Jose Salinas

Jose Salinas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leading and developing software solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Program Manager at Omni Federal since November 2019, Jose oversees a team of 40 consultants at a USAF client focused on modern web application development. Prior to this role, Jose worked as Technical Leader at PEMEX Procurement International, where responsibilities included leading the IT department and acting as Scrum Master for an Agile team. Jose's career also includes roles as Manager Consultant at Capgemini, Software Engineer at PROS Pricing, and various Java development positions at AMEC, HP, and educational institutions in Spain. Jose holds an MBA from Rice Business, along with multiple degrees in IT Management and Software Engineering.
