Jessica List is currently working as a Recruiter/HR Assistant at Omni Fiber since January 2024. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Vaco from May 2023 to November 2023. Before their role at Vaco, Jessica held various positions at Gentis Solutions, where Jessica gained experience in recruiting strategies, negotiating salary and benefits packages, managing relationships with partner agencies, and recruiting for different types of roles.
