Tia Hale

Tia Hale is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in social work and entrepreneurship. As the Business Owner of Credentialing For Clinicians LLC and Co-Founder of Holistically Tailored Wellness Center LLC since February 2021, Tia demonstrates strong leadership and business acumen. Additionally, Tia has served as a Medical Social Worker Therapist at OMNI Home Care and a Medical Social Worker at Dayton Children's Hospital since March 2016 and November 2016, respectively, while also having a role as a Medical Social Worker at Crossroads Hospice since 2015.
