Carmine Rondinelli has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as the Director of Food and Beverage at Omni Hotels & Resorts since September 2012. Prior roles include Director of Conference Services at CSW, PGA National Resort & Spa, and Director of Catering & Conference Services at CULINAIRE, Kingston Plantation Resort. Carmine also held several positions at Doral Golf Resort and Spa, culminating as Director of Catering & Conference Services. Educationally, Carmine obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University between 1986 and 1990.
