Hanieh Mazaheri

Hanieh Mazaheri, MBA, serves as the Director of Rooms at Omni Hotels & Resorts, having progressed through various roles including Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Front Office Manager since June 2019. With a focus on training and developing personnel to elevate guest satisfaction, Hanieh manages a team of 20 associates and oversees payroll to enhance productivity. Previous experience includes positions as Front Office Supervisor at The Omni Homestead and Task Force Manager at Omni Nashville Hotel, alongside supervisory roles at White Lodging Services. Hanieh also has entrepreneurial experience with Hana Handmade and a background in tour guiding, complemented by a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Tehran.
