Jeffrey Paul Franklin

Jeffrey Paul Franklin is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in hospitality and project management. Serving at Omni Hotels & Resorts since April 2008, Jeffrey has held various roles including Senior Manager of IT Construction & Projects, overseeing the conversion to Office 365 and managing IT needs for over 700 employees at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. Notable contributions include managing IT infrastructure during the construction of the Omni Frisco Hotel and providing support for 46 hotels while handling a high volume of Helpdesk requests. Prior to these positions, Jeffrey demonstrated leadership in front office operations and guest services at multiple luxury hotels.
