Joy Rothschild

Joy Rothschild serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Omni Hotels, a position held since August 1979, overseeing the strategic direction for associate services for more than 20,000 associates. Rothschild's extensive experience includes senior HR executive roles in various capacities, with a notable history of unique accomplishments in employee relations, training programs, and development plans. Prior to rejoining Omni Hotels after its 1996 acquisition by TRT Holdings, Rothschild held senior HR positions at Carnival Hotels and Casinos and managed diverse associate groups across multiple properties.
