Naivi Garcia

Naivi Garcia currently serves as the Assistant Director of Spa and Recreation at La Cantera Resort & Spa since June 2024, while also holding the position of Spa Operations Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts since July 2021, having previously served as Assistant Spa Director. Prior experience includes serving as Spa Manager at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa and as Spa Groups Coordinator at Fairmont Austin. Naivi has also worked as a Benefits Specialist at Southwest Key Program and held various roles in inventory control and talent development at Family Christian Bookstores and Goodwill Central Texas. Naivi is pursuing an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Austin Community College, with studies ongoing since 2018.
