Shaista Nizaam

Shaista Nizaam, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Omni Hotels & Resorts since July 2024. Previously, Shaista held the position of Associate Director of Sales at Omni Charlottesville Hotel from March 2014 to July 2024. Shaista co-founded Priority Development Strategic Co, where the role of Vice President was held from January 2012 to August 2021, and served as Deputy Program Director at U.S. Army - Afghan Barez HR Services Co from April 2011 to October 2013. Shaista's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership from James Madison University (2021-2022), a Diploma in Tax Law/Taxation from the University of Virginia (2018-2020), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kardan Institute of Higher Education (2010-2014), along with a Baccalaureate from Alfath High School (2000-2005).
