Tom Delaney

Tom Delaney is a seasoned professional in Human Resource Management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at OMNI Human Resource Management since August 2023, Tom previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sunflower Neonatology Associates, LLC from October 2018 to August 2023. Prior to that, Tom worked as a Retirement Education Consultant at Empower Retirement and held senior management positions at Epiq Systems and Compass Minerals, among others. Tom's academic background includes an M.A. in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration and Sociology from The University of Kansas.
