Perry Charlton

Perry Charlton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce deployment, recruitment, and human resources. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Omni Inclusive since December 2021, Perry has led national workforce initiatives for clients such as 3M and Salesforce and has implemented inclusive hiring and LGBTQIA+ equity trainings. Prior to this role, Perry served as Director of People & Culture at Tundra Technical Solutions, managing HR operations for a significant workforce. Experience at Thomson Reuters included oversight of a $300M global external labor program, while earlier positions at Best Buy and Volt Workforce Solutions focused on external workforce programs and contract labor management. Perry is currently pursuing a PhD and MA in Psychology at Northcentral University.
