Nikila Vijayakanthan

Nikila Vijayakanthan is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Omni Quality Living. Previously, Nikila held positions such as Director, Human Relations at The Salvation Army, Senior Manager, Talent and Culture at Southbridge Care Homes, and Human Resources Generalist at Procom. Nikila also volunteers as a Member of the Board of Directors at P.R.Y.D.E Learning Centres Inc. With a Bachelor of Arts in City Studies and Human Geography from the University of Toronto and a Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Seneca Polytechnic, Nikila has a strong background in human resources and organizational development.
