Jessica Souders-Pell

Jessica Souders-Pell, CPA, CTP has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jessica is currently the Director of Finance at Omni Technologies, Inc. and has been in this role since June 2023.

Prior to their current position, Jessica held various roles at Hillenbrand, starting as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut in 1996 and working their way up to become the Director of Treasury from October 2022 to June 2023. Jessica also served as the Senior Treasury Manager, Treasury Manager, Cash Manager, Senior Accountant, Corporate Accountant, and Internal Auditor at Hillenbrand.

Before joining Hillenbrand, Jessica worked as a Controller at Dearborn County Auditor from January 2004 to December 2009, where they managed county funds and supervised a team responsible for receipts and disbursements.

Jessica began their career as a Machine Operator at A & M SoffSeal from July 1999 to August 2001, followed by a role as a Universal Banker at U.S. Bank from August 2001 to December 2003.

Throughout their career, Jessica has gained experience in financial management, treasury operations, accounting, auditing, and team leadership. Jessica is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified treasury professional (CTP).

Jessica Souders-Pell, CPA, CTP holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Jessica also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University in the period of 2004 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals in 2019, and they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) recognized by NASBA.
