Allen F. Maxwell

Allen F. Maxwell has had a successful 40 year career in providing fiscal, strategic, and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. In 2009, they became the President and CEO of Omni2Max, Inc. In 2015, they became the President of the Mt Erie Baptist Church, and in 2004 they became the SPAWARSYSCOM Program Manager for Spawar Code 4.1 at SPAWARSYSCOM San Diego. From 2000-1998, they held various roles at Industry Experience and the US Navy, including Director of Operations and Global Positioning System User Equipment APM.

Allen F. Maxwell received an Associate of Arts in Electronic Technology from the University of Phoenix in 1993. Allen F. then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same university in 1997. Following this, they completed a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2000. Finally, they completed their high school education at Jeff Davis High in 1977. Additionally, they obtained an SBA 8 (a) certification from the Small Business Administration in June 2010, and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business certification from the Veterans Administration.
