Edna Rodriguez, CISSP

Edna Rodriguez, CISSP has over 20 years of work experience. Edna began their career in 2000 as a Sergeant (Data) with the United States Marine Corps, providing helpdesk support and consult and guidance in requirements definition, specification, design, development, and integration of systems and network management. In 2009, they held two roles, System Administrator with NMCI Services and IA Analyst and Fully Qualified Navy Validator with Vector Planning and Services, Inc. At Vector Planning and Services, Inc., Edna provided engineering assistance in planning, developing, updating, maintaining, and consolidating C&A Plans for PMW120 systems, as well as served as the USMC Validator, processing DIACAP packages through the Marine Corps Certification and Accreditation Support Tool (MCCAST). In 2016, they were a Systems Engineer with Millennium Corporation and a Sr. Advisor with H2 Performance Consulting. Most recently, Edna has been an Operations Manager and Cybersecurity Technical Manager with Omni2Max, Inc. since 2020.

Edna Rodriguez, CISSP has an extensive education history. Edna obtained their diploma from Uvalde High School in 2000. From 2001 to 2002, they attended UMUC - Asia. Edna then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security from Coleman University in 2018. Most recently, they obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2020. In addition to their educational qualifications, Edna has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified-Technology Specialist Windows 7, Configuration from Microsoft in 2011, Security + from CompTIA in 2010, GIAC Security Leadership - GSLC from GIAC in 2012, Certified Ethical Hacker v7 from EC-Council in 2012, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (ISC)² in 2015.
