Jessica Andersson is an experienced professional in customer success and IT management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Omnia since January 2024. Jessica holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Datavetenskap from the University of Gävle, earned between 1996 and 1999.
