Bruce McCullen

Bruce McCullen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales enablement and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Enablement & Operations at OMNIA Partners since April 2024, Bruce leads initiatives to enhance employee and supplier effectiveness and expedite revenue growth. Prior to this role, Bruce held pivotal positions including Group Vice President of Sales Enablement and Development in Albany, Bahamas, and President & CEO of McCullen Management Consultants MMCLLC. Additional experience includes consulting roles at the International Code Council and BASF Construction North America, as well as serving as Senior Vice President of Partner Relations at the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes. Bruce's career began at Allstate Insurance Company and includes leadership roles in business development at Hilton and as President of Professional Inspection Enterprises. Bruce holds a BS in Risk Management Insurance and Real Estate from Florida State University - College of Business.
