Doug Looney

Doug Looney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector sales and program management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Public Sector Sales at OMNIA Partners since July 2018, Doug has also held the position of Group Vice President - West. Prior to this, Doug was the National Program Director - North at U.S. Communities, where responsibilities included mentoring program managers and maintaining relationships with supplier partners and public agencies. Doug's experience includes roles as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at U.S. Communities, and as VP of Operations at Lifetime Imaging, a leading provider of ultrasound services in Indianapolis. Doug's career began as a Government Account Manager at Bretford Mfg. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Millikin University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
