Leslie Hafner

Leslie Hafner currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Government Relations at OMNIA Partners, a position held since July 2019. Previous roles include Senior Government Relations Advisor at Butler Snow LLP, Senior Advisor to the Office of the House Speaker in the Tennessee General Assembly, and Senior Advisor/Director of Legislation for Governor Haslam in the Office of the Governor - State of Tennessee. As co-founder of Hafner Alexander Government Relations, Leslie contributed to government relations efforts from October 2009 to January 2011. Other notable experience includes serving as Director of Government Affairs at Bass, Berry & Sims and Customer Relations Manager at Corrections Corporations of America. Leslie's career commenced in 1992 as a Legislative Assistant in the Tennessee State Senate and includes significant roles supporting key initiatives within the Tennessee government. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Middle Tennessee State University in 1992.
