Melissa Tillman

Melissa Tillman, CPPB, currently serves as the Public Sector Contract Manager at OMNIA Partners, focusing on Construction and Facility cooperative contracts since December 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Contract Specialist and Buyer for the City of Lynchburg from September 2016 to December 2023. Melissa's career also includes experience as Store Manager II at Follett Higher Education, overseeing operations at Central Virginia Community College, and Store Manager I at Lewis-Clark State College Bookstore.
