Pritam Das

Pritam Das has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Pritam is currently working at OmniActive Health Technologies as the Assistant Director HR since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as Sr. Partner HR from May 2019 to January 2022. Pritam has also served as an HR Manager at Shapoorji Pallonji Group from May 2017 to April 2019. Before that, they worked as a Field Work Intern at Tata Global Beverages in November-December 2016, HSBC in September-October 2016, and Flipkart in April-May 2016. Pritam also gained valuable experience as a Field Work Intern at Staples India from December 2015 to March 2016 and Tata Consultancy Services from July-September 2015. Pritam began their career at Ericsson as an SRF-Engineer from December 2011 to May 2015, where they provided mobile network installation and optimization services, performed quality checks, and trained new resources.

Pritam Das completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HRM&LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and communication engineering from SRSIT from 2007 to 2011. Pritam also completed their 12th grade in Science from Nowgong College (Autonomous) from 2004 to 2006, and their high school education in Science from Christ Jyoti School from 1998 to 2004.

Additionally, Pritam has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Pritam received the Certified Rewards Professional certification from AON in January 2020. In November 2018, they obtained the OPQ Certification from SHL and the Advanced Excel certification from Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd. Moreover, they completed the Executive Presentation Skills certification from Dale Carnegie Training in May 2018. In September 2013, they also achieved the Cisco Certified on Routing and Switching certification from Cisco.
