Malin Carlén

Malin Carlén's work experience starts with their current position as a Senior CRM Consultant at Omniarch, which they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Coop Sverige, where they held multiple roles including CRM Projektledare för Coops E-handel from August 2020 to January 2022, Projektledare, CRM from November 2018 to August 2020, and Kampanjprogrammerare, CRM from October 2017 to November 2018. Before joining Coop Sverige, they worked at Novus Group International AB as a Projektledare from November 2016 to September 2017 and as a Projektmedarbetare from November 2015 to November 2016. Their earliest work experience was at SEB, where they served as a Kundtjänstrådgivare och bolånehandläggare from September 2012 to November 2015. Additionally, they had a brief experience as a Marketing intern at Southco, Inc. in January 2015.

Malin Carlén completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from Halmstad University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they also pursued a course on Grafisk teknik och tryckproduktion 7,5hp at Mid Sweden University. Additionally, Malin Carlén has obtained several certifications, including becoming a Voyado Engage Qualified Super-user from Voyado in March 2023, completing Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in March 2020, and becoming a Certified CRM & Loyalty Manager from Wednesday Relations in June 2019.
