Jason Levine, MRICS

Chief Estimator at Omnibuild

Jason Levine, MRICS, has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Jason started their career as an intern at Hinman, Howard, and Kattell, LLP, where they gained knowledge about intellectual property and conducted patent and trademark searches. Jason then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at RCDolner LLC, where they managed project control information, processed change orders, and ensured LEED project compliance.

In 2011, Jason joined Omnibuild, LLC as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager and later worked at Turner Construction as an Estimating Engineer. Jason then joined AECOM Tishman as a Senior Estimator, responsible for quantifying project costs, reconciling estimates, and working on large-scale projects in New York City.

Jason expanded their teaching experience by becoming an Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies in 2018 and a Lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York in 2017. Jason also served as an Expert in Residence for the CU Grow Vendor Development Program at Columbia University.

In 2019, Jason joined Tower Holdings Group as a Chief Estimator before transitioning to the role of Chief Estimator at Omnibuild in the same year. Most recently, they have been working as a Consultant for Ascend New York City.

Jason Levine, MRICS, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Construction Administration from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pre-Law Studies at Binghamton University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Jason has earned the Chartered Quantity Surveyor certification from RICS in July 2016. Jason also has an Advanced Certificate in Excel, although the details of the institution and specific dates of obtaining it are not provided.
