Baird Radford

Baird Radford is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Omnicell since August 2025. Previously, Baird held the same title at Allakos Inc from April 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included finance, investor relations, HR, IT, and legal, as well as raising $150 million in a follow-on offering. Prior to Allakos, Baird was Senior Vice President of Finance at Aimmune Therapeutics during its acquisition by Nestle for $2.1 billion. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at HeartFlow, Inc. and Vice President of Finance at Intuitive Surgical. Baird's career began at eBay Inc., where roles included VP of Strategy Implementation and Corporate Controller. Education includes a BBA in Accounting from Ohio University.
