Courtney Boynton

Courtney Boynton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare solutions and sales enablement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Solution Enablement at Omnicell since January 2025, Courtney previously held the role of Director of Healthcare Solutions at BDO USA, LLP from April 2023 to December 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Solutions Consulting & Sales Enablement at Kyruus, where significant contributions were made, including closing 27 new logos and achieving 100% client renewals in 2021, as well as establishing a formal Solutions Consulting function. Earlier roles at Phreesia involved business development and sales operations, where Courtney played a pivotal role in market analysis and creating efficient sales processes. Courtney holds an MBA from Villanova School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Syracuse University.
