Jason Curtis

Jason Curtis is an accomplished leader in technical services with extensive experience in client support and operational process improvement. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Services at Omnicell since January 2022, Jason has a proven track record of enhancing strategic business processes through KPI evaluation and delivering effective technical support to international partners. Previous roles include Director of Client Support at Inovalon, Director of Technical Assistance Center at Omnicell, and Director of Technical Support at Aesynt and McKesson, where Jason was responsible for leading high-performing technical support teams and developing strategic goals for exemplary customer experiences. Jason holds an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Pittsburgh.
