Joetta Alcalde

Joetta Alcalde is a seasoned procurement and operations leader with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Global Procurement Operations at Omnicell since 2021, Joetta is responsible for developing optimized processes and digital capabilities to enhance strategic sourcing functions. Prior roles include Functional Transformation Leader at Garrett - Advancing Motion, where Joetta led initiatives to improve procurement efficiency, and various strategic sourcing positions at Honeywell, where key accomplishments included managing a $600 million raw material spend and implementing a comprehensive sourcing system. Joetta's early career at General Motors/Delphi Automotive included roles in operations and engineering, focusing on production efficiency and advanced manufacturing methodologies. Joetta holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
