Pam Laythe, CPhT-Adv, currently serves as the Project Manager for Central Formulary at Omnicell, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Pam spent over four years at Day Kimball Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing the 340B program and supervising automation systems, in addition to serving as Lead Pharmacy Technician and 340B coordinator. With a background starting in December 2005, Pam also fulfilled roles ranging from Pharmacy Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to Senior Pharmacy Technician. Pam holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in May 2022, and continues education at Quinebaug Valley Community College since 2010.
