Ryan Kaintz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Omnicell since 2016, Ryan has held various leadership roles that emphasize technical oversight and the development of innovative manufacturing processes. Prior to Omnicell, Ryan contributed to Cadence Inc. as an Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included establishing a medical device manufacturing business and managing product development for notable projects like the Titan Medical robotic surgery platform. Other significant roles include Staff Mechanical Engineer at Bayer HealthCare, where Ryan led the design of advanced radiopharmaceutical injectors, and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Daedalus, overseeing diverse product development efforts.
