Sandeep Bandil

Sandeep Bandil is currently the Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Omnicell, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on hardware development, including innovations in robotics automation and IoT systems. Prior to this role, Sandeep served as the Vice President of IoT Hardware Products & Global Customer Support at Brambles, where Sandeep was a founding member of the Brambles Digital team and established the hardware group. Sandeep’s career also includes co-founding Cryplex, serving as Chief Product Officer, and holding positions in corporate business development at Applied Materials, advanced technology development at Lockheed Martin, ASIC specialization at Nokia, ASIC design at Seagate Technology, and hardware engineering at Medtronic. Sandeep holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and advanced degrees from Stanford University and Arizona State University, complementing a solid foundation in electrical engineering obtained at Deendayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University.
