Jacquelyn Baker has over 20 years of diverse work experience in marketing, commerce, and leadership roles. Jacquelyn is currently the CEO of Omnicom Commerce Group, where they are responsible for enhancing and scaling the Commerce capability across the organization. Prior to this, they were a Member at Chief, an Official Member at Cincinnati Business Courier Leadership Trust, and held various roles at VMLY&R, including Managing Director, Client Engagement, and Executive Vice President, VMLY&R Commerce. Jacquelyn also served as the Chief Experience Officer, Commerce at VMLY&R COMMERCE. Earlier in their career, Jacquelyn held positions at Rockfish, The Creative Department, Luxottica Retail, Anthem Worldwide/Benchmark Marketing Services, and National Marketshare Group inc. Their expertise lies in retail digital, eCommerce, and CPG industries.
Jacquelyn Baker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing & International Business from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2002. Later, in 2010, they earned their Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
