Dereca Sims

Dereca Sims has held various roles in companies such as Omnicom, Hue, GSD&M, Cherokee Federal, esd and associates, and Sam's Club. With a background in marketing and business administration, Dereca has experience in project management, social media strategy, public affairs, account planning, and marketing. They are currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Omnicom, while also being a member of Hue, a platform focused on amplifying voices of BIPOC individuals. Their education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
