Doug Place

Doug Place has extensive experience in network operations and infrastructure management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Network Operations at Omnicom since May 2022, where responsibilities include establishing a global team to manage over 300 WAN/LAN data infrastructure sites. Prior to Omnicom, Doug held senior leadership positions at TenFour, leading operations and service delivery, and driving the sale of TenFour assets to Acuative Corp. Doug’s earlier career at Verizon included various Vice President roles, overseeing global network infrastructure operations, national FiOS video operations, and managing large teams in telecom service delivery across multiple countries. Doug holds multiple engineering degrees from Rutgers University, including an MSEE and BSEE.
